Refunds and cancellations
Every course has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Here is how it works. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Courses and bundles
30-day money-back guarantee
If a course is not right for you, email us within 30 days of buying and you will get your money back, less the value of any one-to-one tutoring time you have already used, charged at £60 an hour.
Bundles
The same 30-day guarantee applies to bundles. If you upgraded from a single course to a path bundle, the 30 days run from your original purchase.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@begin2code.com from the address you bought with and tell us which course. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, normally within 14 days.
One-to-one lessons
Moving a lesson
If you cannot make a booked lesson, tell us as early as possible and we will find another time.
Unused lesson time
If you bought lessons and have not used them, contact us and we will refund the unused time.
