When you contact us, join a waitlist, buy a course or book a lesson, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address and your message.

Like most websites, our server records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use this to keep the site secure and working properly.

We use your information to answer your messages, tell you when a course you asked about opens, give you access to courses you buy, arrange lessons and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We only email you about new courses if you have asked us to, for example by joining a waitlist. Every email lets you unsubscribe, or you can email us to be removed.

We do not sell your information. We only share it with services that help us run the business, such as our hosting, email and payment providers, and only as far as they need it to provide their service.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email info@begin2code.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use only the cookies the website needs to work, such as remembering your login when you are signed in. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
