This Enrolment Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing tutoring services provided by
Prime+ Tutoring Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By signing this document, the Parent/Guardian
(“Client”) agrees to the terms contained within this agreement.
1. Tuition Services
Prime+ Tutoring Ltd provides structured academic tutoring delivered through:
- Weekly face-to-face sessions at Prime+ Tutoring centres
- Online lessons, where necessary
Each pupil/student is tutored with their individual targets in mind.
Group sizes are limited in order to maintain high-quality instruction:
- Key Stage 1: Maximum of two pupils per group
- Key Stage 2: Maximum of three pupils per group
- Key Stage 3: Maximum of three pupils per group
- Key Stage 4: Maximum of three pupils per group
Tutors are qualified teachers or experienced tutors and hold Enhanced DBS certification.
Each pupil will receive a Prime+ Tutoring Badge ID which must be worn when attending the centre.
This forms part of our Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures.
2. Monthly Tuition Fees
Prime+ Tutoring operates a monthly subscription model.
Fees are calculated as follows:
Key Stage 1
Years 1 & 2
£180 per month
£22.50 per hour × 2 hours × 4 weeks
Key Stage 2
Years 3–6
£156 per month
£19.50 per hour × 2 hours × 4 weeks
Key Stage 3
Years 7–9
£180 per month
£22.50 per hour × 2 hours × 4 weeks
GCSE
Years 10–11
£196 per month
£24.50 per hour × 2 hours × 4 weeks
Important notes
- Monthly fees remain payable regardless of attendance.
- Missed lessons are non-refundable.
- Pupils may attend one of our other centres to make up a missed session, subject to one week’s prior notice and availability.
- Prime+ Tutoring closes for two weeks during Christmas, and these weeks are not charged.
- Holidays are only allowed during the summer holidays with 2 weeks’ notice.
- Books and materials are not included in tuition fees and must be purchased separately.
- If fees change during a Key Stage, three months’ notice will be provided.
- When children move up from one Key Stage to another, the new fee will be payable.
3. Payment Terms
Fees must be paid monthly by bank transfer.

Failure to make payment may result in:
- Suspension of lessons
- Termination of tuition services
- Recovery of outstanding fees through legal channels
4. Pupil Conduct and Academic Expectations
Prime+ Tutoring requires all pupils to maintain respectful behaviour and a positive learning attitude.
Requirements include:
- Completing assigned homework each week
- Bringing books and materials to every session
- Treating tutors and other pupils respectfully
Expected homework commitment:
- Primary pupils: approximately 60 minutes per week
- Secondary pupils: longer depending on exam preparation
Disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of tuition services.
5. Parent Responsibilities
Parents/guardians agree to:
- Deliver pupils to the centre and collect them promptly
- Hand pupils directly to a staff member on arrival
- Inform tutors of any academic concerns
Primary pupils may only leave the centre independently with written parental consent.
Additional conditions:
- Personal belongings are brought at the owner’s risk.
- Pupils should bring a water bottle.
- Snacks must be nut-free and eaten only during breaks.
- Chewing gum and allergenic foods are not permitted.
6. Materials and Identification
- Pupils must bring all books and materials to lessons.
- Lost textbooks must be replaced at retail cost.
- Lost Badge IDs will incur a £10 replacement fee.
7. Safeguarding and Security
Prime+ Tutoring maintains strict safeguarding standards.
- All tutors hold Enhanced DBS clearance.
- CCTV operates in centres for security and safeguarding purposes.
- Parents are not permitted in teaching areas during lessons unless authorised.
- Tutors cannot administer medication.
- Safeguarding and complaints policies are available upon request.
8. Photography and Media Consent
From time to time, Prime+ Tutoring Ltd may take photographs or videos during lessons, activities or centre events.
These may be used to demonstrate good practice, celebrate pupil progress, or promote the centre, including on our
website, social media, printed materials or internal displays.
Pupils will not be named or personally identified without appropriate consent. Photography and filming will always
be carried out appropriately and in line with our safeguarding procedures.
Parents or guardians must confirm whether they give or do not give photography and media permission in the
Declaration and Agreement section of the enrolment form.
9. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, systems, worksheets, and learning methods belong exclusively to Prime+ Tutoring Ltd.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Parents or guardians agree not to establish or participate in a competing tutoring business during their child’s
enrolment or within 12 months of leaving the service.
Breach may result in legal action and damages up to £10,000.
10. Missed Lessons and Online Learning
- Missed sessions are not refundable.
- Where possible, pupils may attend another centre to make up missed sessions.

If face-to-face sessions cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control,
such as government restrictions, lessons may be delivered online.
11. Cancellation and Notice
Clients may cancel this agreement within 7 days of signing by written notice via email. This is the cooling-off period.
After this period:
- One full calendar month’s written notice is required to terminate tuition.
- Fees remain payable during the notice period.
- Any materials supplied but unpaid must be returned.
12. Limitation of Liability
Prime+ Tutoring Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including academic outcomes or
examination results.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability
that cannot be excluded under UK law.
13. Force Majeure
Prime+ Tutoring Ltd shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control,
including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Transport disruption
- Power or internet outages
Where possible, lessons will be provided online.
14. Data Protection
Prime+ Tutoring Ltd processes personal data in accordance with:
- Data Protection Act 2018
- UK General Data Protection Regulation
Data is used only for service administration, safeguarding, and educational purposes.
15. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
